Sufia Hossain the Founder of Silly Chilly Hot Sauce of Queens, New York comes on the Craft Hot Sauce Podcast. Sufia moved to Queens from Bangladesh at the age of 12. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology when she started a career working in the fashion industry. Some time into her career she got the entrepreneurship bug and wanted to start a mission forward business that would support local agriculture.

The music guest is Imam Collective. Imam was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan. He began playing the guitar at the age of 12 and since then has devoted countless hours to mastering the instrument.
Imam Collective is his new project, that blends American Roots music (blues and jazz) with Indian Classical music influences. The song featured is their first single: ‘Baltimore‘ a jazz funk tune drawing inspiration from the Boston funk scene Imam spent his college years around.
