David van Overeem from Hab Sauce in Portland, Oregon joins the Craft Hot Sauce Podcast. David shares his experience growing up in the Portland area and following his brother's footsteps as a DJ and MC. We explore how that progressed into starting a hot sauce company and talk through some really unique hot sauces that he's made. 

The Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce that was discussed on the podcast was the People's Choice award winner at Old Boney Mountain Hot Summer Night Hot Sauce Competition.
